Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We only cover duties and taxes for shipments to some countries listed in below. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price. If your countries are not in the list below, you maybe responsible to pay duty and tax fees to government when picking up your order. You can also send us email to ask if if your countries are in the list or not.

Quali sono i tempi di consegna?
Delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks for standard shipping. We ship the majority of our orders from warehouse in Hong Kong. 


Qual è la vostra politica di reso?
Vogliamo che ogni cliente sia soddisfatto del proprio ordine. Se così non fosse, è possibile restituire gli articoli a prezzo pieno entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento, a condizione che gli articoli non siano stati utilizzati e siano nel loro stato originale. Purtroppo, non possiamo offrire il reso su articoli preordinati o scontati, tranne nel caso in cui abbiamo fatto un errore.

Qual è la vostra procedura di reso?
After filling in the returns form, we will send you a paid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your watch. Please include a copy of your receipt, and updated contact information. If you wish to return or exchange an item, and have any questions, please drop us an email at, we are glad to help. Items on sale do not qualify for free returns. A flat rate of $20 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. Order placed with the express delivery, the shipping fees will not be refunded. Please do not ship any items directly to our warehouse, without the proper shipping label provided by us or as otherwise agreed.
